Proper nutrition of the individual:

    A _ child nutrition:

Precious jewel of the child must be protected and maintained.
And life long process going in the path of growth steps
Commensurate with its natural growth.
Must be a solid structure and ripe careful diet integrated
A way that achieves the desired benefit.

So must contain the child's daily diet:

1_ milk and dairy products.

2_ and types of meat.

3_ vegetables and fruits.

4_ cereals and bread.

5_ fat.

6_ fluid

Finally, there are additional factors of food, namely:  
























1_ enough sleep

2_ open air.

3_ psychological comfort.

4_ exposure to sunlight.

5_ comfortable and play sports of all kinds.

6_ provide security and peace of mind.
